Everything! We guarantee our M1 Dispensers for 1 year or your money back. This does not include lost or missing parts like springs. Please refer to our replacement parts to order new dispenser components. We are happy to provide replacement springs for an affordable cost.

The M1 can be used without the cartridge or extension and has a 3 gallon or 11 liter capacity. The extension is used to increase the capacity of the dispenser to 8 gallons or 30 liters. The M1 dispenser can be loaded with or without the extension by top loading; the same way bulk food bins are filled today. This means the existing bulk food supply chain is utilized and no changes need to be made by food manufacturers or distributers. However, most bulk food today has some plastic packaging. This is why Purcell encourages the use of the Cartridge system. The cartridge enables a plastic-free supply chain and is fully recyclable in the paper stream. The cartridge make loading and operations simple and easy with no partials or messy top-loading.

The M1 can fit in commercial dishwashers with standard tray sizes. We recommend disassembly of the dispenser before running through the dishwasher. It can also be wiped down in place or cleaned in a 3 basin sink.
